For three years, Oz Marketing has been part of the magic happening in Century 21 Albania, during which we were actively involved in promoting the brand and expanding its influence.

When we initially partnered with them, they had a total of 26 offices. However, thanks to our strategic marketing approach centered around brand recognition, trust building, and brand empowerment, Century 21 Albania experienced remarkable growth. In less than three years, their office count soared to an impressive 40, demonstrating the effectiveness of our marketing efforts in expanding their reach and influence.

In our three year partnership we have successfully created 30+ videos and 5 sensational events that revolutionized their visual content. Together we worked for a strategy of communication that would be focused on rebuilding the trust of the audience in the brand and its representatives. Following this, Social Responsibility was an important part of the communication strategy with important initiatives such as, contributing to the building costs of the Bicycle Academy for the children of Tirana, as well as organizing an important event for the awareness of Women Empowerment through the value of property ownership.

During this 3 year collaboration we witnessed the brand trust significantly increase, and the most important performance indicator of our work was the growth of the Century 21 franchise, which as mentioned grew from 26 offices to 40.
